Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using any service from Ali Rides International, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Cancellations

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. Cancellations made more than 2 hours before scheduled pickup are free of charge. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the fare. No-shows are charged at 100% of the base fare.

3. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must treat ARI drivers and vehicles with respect. Prohibited behaviour includes smoking, alcohol consumption, physical or verbal abuse, and damage to vehicles. ARI reserves the right to terminate a ride without refund for conduct violations.

4. Payments & Refunds

Prices quoted at booking are final unless route, passengers, or requirements change. Refunds for cancelled rides are processed within 5–7 business days. ARI is not responsible for passenger financial losses due to unforeseen delays.

5. Liability

ARI carries full vehicle and third-party insurance as required by Pakistan law. ARI is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure events. Maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the fare paid for the affected journey.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Sindh.
